PandemicPrep.Org is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization organized in 2006 and incorporated in 2007. A volunteer Board of Directors oversees our strategic direction while a Steering Committee manages our service operations. Administration and coordination is provided by a part-time Executive Director. See our organization By-Laws here.
Each member of the leadership team is required to inform the organization of potential conflicts of interest and in the case of Board members, refrain from voting on actions that would benefit them or members of their family, etc. View a copy of the Conflict of Interest document here.
In order to accomplish its mission, PandemicPrep.Org relies upon collaborations between the many individuals and organizations. All come together to benefit the community through understanding and preparation for pandemic or bioterrorism incidents.
Partnerships and Alliances
In some cases organizations may wish to have more formal relationships when financial arrangements or more visible interactions are desirable. In these cases, PandemicPrep.Org through its Board of Directors will seek a contract, memorandum of understanding, or some other documentation that befits the circumstances and interests of the parties involved.
